## ## Job Description: ## **Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.** ## ## Sr Systems Analyst ## The Role Fidelity Institutional Business Enablement Technology is seeking an experienced, skilled and energetic Senior Systems Analyst to fill a position within the Fidelity Institutional Client Systems Integrated Technology data squad located in Smithfield, RI. The candidate will be responsible for providing leadership on complex systems analysis projects as well as providing influence with our business partners to develop recommendations that address business needs and opportunities. Additionally, the candidate will be skilled in negotiating business priorities through partnership with product owners and translating needs back to the team for timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and fall in love with the problem at hand, working through systems analysis and team collaborations to solve it. This position requires an independent thinker and collaborator, who demonstrates analytical thinking, active listening.
