What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, platform engineering, or IT operations, Proven experience administering enterprise virtualization platforms, especially VMware vSphere/ESXi and/or Microsoft Hyper-V, including clustering, high availability, and lifecycle management, knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration, as well as physical server infrastructure, hardware diagnostics, and troubleshooting, Experience with enterprise storage and networking technologies, including SAN/NAS, iSCSI, and VLAN-based networking, Practical experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions, as well as incident resolution and root cause analysis, Understanding of Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, infrastructure security practices, and regulatory or security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or NIS2, Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, or similar tools, and experience working within structured change management processes such as ITIL

Experience with GitHub, KVM, OpenShift/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, or production environments with high availability requirements (99. 9%+ uptime), proactive mindset, ownership, and commitment to continuous learning and reliability culture
