What You'll Do.
Provide administration
implementation and maintenance of security best practices following recommendation from our SOC team for all technology systems used in the organization
Collaborate with Infrastructure team to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and hardware systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes
Ensure system connectivity of all servers
and other applications
Manage and support all resources in a hybrid environment consisting of servers on-prem and on azure cloud with a mix of Windows Server 2016 – 2022 operating systems
Troubleshoot network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment consisting of different network equipment (Cisco
Coordinate and perform in-depth tests
including end-user reviews
for modified and new systems
Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems
Provide local and remote user support using Jira Service Management helpdesk system and GoTo-Logme in for remote administration
