Eligibility Requirements

Active DoW SECRET clearance required, 100% onsite at Peterson Space Force Base's (PSFB), Product Support Facility (PSF), Travel: Up to 20% to CONUS and OCONUS locations upon government customer direction

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Active DoW SECRET clearance required, 5 years experience in SE&I associated with system acquisitions and/or O&S, Expertise with requirements development and analysis and the development of systems engineering-related documents, Knowledge of Agile software development processes and applications (i. e. , Jira/Confluence), Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, Effective interpersonal and team-player skills, Clear and concise written, verbal communications and presentation skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

Nice to Have

6+ years of experience in a DoW program office with an understanding of DoW acquisition processes, 6+ years of experience working with strategic & tactical MILSATCOM space systems, Experience working in a CMMI environment, Possess knowledge of Agile software development processes and applications (e. g. , Jira/Confluence), Direct experience with Change Management and Configuration Management (CM) processes, Possess Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PMP) certification

What You'll Do.

Conduct Operations & Sustainment (O&S) activities for Military and Commercial Satellite Communications (SATCOM) and Nuclear Command

Control and Communications (NC3) systems

Employ skills and experience to tackle technical challenges and drive executable solutions for legacy and transitioning strategic and tactical space-based telecommunication capabilities

Manage technical baselines using established/proven government systems engineering

integration & test (SEIT) processes and procedures to advance O&S activities

analyze and maintain systems engineering documentation and capability requirements

Apply Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) frameworks and DoW acquisition best practices to daily program office operations
