What They're Looking For.
Must Have
ESTIDAMA PQP (PBRS & PCRS), LEED AP, PQP & LEED AP with previous proven experience delivering Construction stage of projects within Dubai & Abu Dhabi, Full & in-depth knowledge of LEED, Estidama, Al Sa’fat certification process and required documentation, Have worked on projects and been responsible for obtaining Estidama and LEED Certification at multiple levels
Nice to Have
WELL AP (either obtained or in process), Have specific knowledge of other green building certification programs such as MOSTADAM, GSAS, CEEQUAL etc., Have awareness of WELL Certification in terms of requirements, processes and submission would be a distinct advantage, Excellent skills in narrative writing for supporting highly rated sustainability projects
What You'll Do.
Communicate sustainability program requirements
Review design drawings and specifications
Prepare documentation for sustainability KPIs
Review subcontractor qualifications
Review Sustainability plans and reports
Coordinate with contractors
Review technical material submittals
Liaise with contractor's Sustainability Manager
Conduct site sustainability meetings
Review contractor's progress reports
Report sustainability performance
Review alternate sustainability proposals
Liaise with authorities for green rating submission
Schedule and conduct audits
Conduct site visits and inspections
Prepare monthly reports
Adhere to QA/QC system
Provide oversight to Contractor’s CEMP
Ensure contractor performing sustainability inspections
Raise non-conformance notices
Review corrective actions
Inspect on-site and off-site materials
Develop technical and non-technical reports
Support business growth
Coaching junior staff
Support sustainability training
Conduct product and technology research
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinating with contractors; Liaising with contractor's Sustainability Manager/Engineer; Coordinating site sustainability meetings with relevant team members; Coordination with all disciplines for monthly reports; Coaching junior staff; Support sustainability training across all disciplines
Communication Scope
Effectively communicate the sustainability certification program and Client’s sustainability requirements and progress to project teams; Excellent skills in narrative writing for supporting highly rated sustainability projects
