What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data analysis, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, lookups), Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, Analytical and problem-solving ability to work with large datasets, Identify trends or anomalies, Excellent communication skills, Ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, Proven track record of delivering results
Nice to Have
Experience in a distribution or logistics environment, Experience with SAP EWM, Experience operating in an ERP environment (SAP preferred), Experience leading or mentoring junior staff is a plus, Supply Chain and Six Sigma expertise gained through training, certification, and/or industry associations is preferred

The Sr. Data Analyst will serve as a key member for executing distribution initiatives in the Las Vegas Distribution Center. This leader is responsible for leading a small team and driving data insights that improve operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, labor utilization, and profiling performance. The analyst will leverage tools such as SAP EWM, Excel, and SQL to optimize warehouse functions and support continuous improvement initiatives. Position Location: This is an onsite role, reporting to our Distribution Center in Las Vegas.
