What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data analysis, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, lookups), Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, Analytical and problem-solving ability to work with large datasets, Identify trends or anomalies, Excellent communication skills, Ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, Proven track record of delivering results
Nice to Have
Experience in a distribution or logistics environment, Experience with SAP EWM, Experience operating in an ERP environment (SAP preferred), Experience leading or mentoring junior staff is a plus, Supply Chain and Six Sigma expertise gained through training, certification, and/or industry associations is preferred

Generate actionable insights through dashboards

Generate actionable insights through ad hoc analysis
Support decision-making by operations leadership

Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT

Implement process improvements based on data findings
Work closely with the Supply Chain team on
Enable efficiency in normal operations
Enable efficiency in project execution
Identify areas for improvement
Determine metrics for improvement
Develop processes for ensuring successful transitions for projects
Assist in the development of strategic capacity plans
Assist in the development of tactical capacity plans
Present strategic and tactical capacity plans to DC
Drive the change management process
Assess situations for change management
Understand impacts of change management
Develop recommendations for change management
Drive actions for change management
Challenge current ways for measuring supply chain value
Challenge traditional ways for measuring supply chain value
Create new approaches/solutions that will improve business outcomes
Drive service in accordance with FBIN standards
