Must Have
5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or data analysis roles, proficiency in SQL, experience with Python or R for data manipulation and modeling, Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), advanced Excel (PowerPivot, macros), Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and planning tools, Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning concepts, and statistical analysis, Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences, problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, or related field preferred, Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, Azure), Knowledge of supply chain processes including inventory, logistics, and procurement, Exposure to AI/ML applications in supply chain optimization
What You'll Do.
Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to support supply chain planning
inventory optimization
and lifecycle management
Design and deliver dashboards
and reporting tools using BI platforms
Perform deep-dive analysis on supply chain data to identify trends
and opportunities for improvement
Support digital transformation initiatives such as S&OP optimization
and digital twin projects
Implement predictive and prescriptive analytics techniques to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational agility
Ensure data integrity and governance across multiple systems and platforms
Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and stakeholders

partner with supply chain leaders, IT, and commercial teams; Collaborate cross-functionally with demand planning, procurement, logistics, and IT teams to ensure alignment of analytics solutions with business objectives
