Full Job Description

**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Customer & Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the senior point of contact for new and existing customers, representing the company while driving seamless coordination across sales, technical support, and supply chain teams. * Order & Logistics Oversight: Lead end-to-end order management, including order entry, confirmation, billing, delivery documentation, packing lists, and shipment coordination with carriers and warehouses. * Supply Chain & Operations Management: Oversee production (SAW) order planning, inventory control, drop shipment operations, and export coordination across Central America to ensure continuity and efficiency. * Procurement & Administrative Governance: Manage material and indirect procurement requisitions to support departmental and operational requirements. * Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Track, analyze, and report daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives. # Qualifications: * Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field with at least 7 years of experience. * Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and demand planning. * Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proactive attitude. * Ability to analyze data and understand basic technical documents. * Proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in English and Spanish; familiar with import/export rules. ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
