Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM, Four years of Quality Assurance experience, Working knowledge of applicable regulations, Knowledge in design controls, verification and validation, Experience in conducting external quality assessments
Nice to Have
Certified Lead Auditor trained
What You'll Do.
Ensure compliance to policies
Identify and communicate compliance risks
Provide guidance in quality system improvements
Maintain and update approved supplier list
Assess potential new suppliers
Communicate approval requirements to suppliers
Perform on-site quality assessments
Notify Document Control of supplier status changes
Ensure supplier performs engineering approach
Lead evaluation of supplier requested changes
Conduct site visits at supplier sites
Provide leadership and mentor audit team
Evaluate Exception Reports
Work with supplier on root cause issues
Notify suppliers of customer complaints
Monitor supplier performance
Report supplier quality trend data
Drive improvement projects
Assist in preparation of area metric data
Recommend areas for supplier improvement
Participate with Incoming Quality Control
Develop incoming inspection activities
