What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics, assembly or a related field, Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality role, Shown experience in supplier quality management, including supplier selection, evaluation, and development, communication and interpersonal skills, successfully collaborate with suppliers and internal partners, Shown leadership skills, lead multi-functional teams and get results, Experienced in quality task management, with the ability to lead multiple quality projects simultaneously, dedication to continuous improvement and driving excellence quality from supplier
Nice to Have
Cable and connector experience would be a plus
What You'll Do.
Handle and lead all aspects of the factory quality onsite of manufacturers
including NPI and mass production with cross function teams
Ensure manufacturers stay in sync with quality requirements of NVIDIA products
Conduct regular supplier audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement
Lead and facilitate problem-solving and root cause analysis activities to address quality issues with manufacturers
Establish and maintain supplier performance metrics and scorecards to track and supervise supplier quality performance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers
