Must Have

5+ years of experience in the design and manufacturing of sheet metal parts, Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or a related field, Demonstrated expertise in high-volume sheet metal forming/coating processes (stamping, bending, welding, laser cutting, etc.), understanding of tolerancing and GD&T principles, Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), Familiarity with sheet metal coatings and finishes (e.g., nickel plating), Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate effectively
