**Job Title:** Senior Supervisor, Production **Job Description:** ## **THE ROLE:** ## ## Our site in **Chaska, MN** is seeking a **Senior Supervisor, Blow Mold Department** to join our team. ## ## The Senior Supervisor, Blow Mold Manufacturing is responsible and accountable for achieving blow molding departmental production requirements across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with a primary focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC). This role provides senior-level leadership for blow mold operations, overseeing direct reports and ensuring consistent execution of standards, processes, and expectations across all shifts. ## This position is critical to building and sustaining a high-performing team through effective supervision, training, coaching, and development of supervisors and operators. ## ## **WHAT YOU’LL DO:** ## * ## Ensure safe work practices and partner with EHS to promote and maintain a strong safety culture. * ## Provide end-to-end leadership for blow mold manufacturing operations across all shifts. * ## Serve as the senior escalation point for safety, quality, production, equipment, and people-related issues. * ## Directly lead, coach, and develop direct reports consisting of leads, technicians, and operators; support training and certification of team. * ## Ensure attainment of production plans while meeting quality, delivery, and cost goals. * ## Promote and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma tools. ## ## **WHAT WE SEEK:** ## * ## 5+ years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment, preferably blow molding or plastics. * ## 1-2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience required (multi-shift supervision preferred). * ## Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools. * ## Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. * ## Experience with lean and/or six sigma methodologies preferred. ## ## **WHY WORK AT ENTEGRIS?** ## #
