Combine your passion for construction management and healthy living under one roof while building the career of a Life Time. # _Position Summary_ Life Time Construction is the in-house General Contractor constructing new and existing luxury fitness clubs as well as mixed use developments (hotels, apartments, condominiums, and office parks) from coast to coast and in Canada. Project sizes range from 40,000 s.f. to 815,000 s.f., including precast or structural steel structures and high-end finishes. These projects are mixed use long term projects. As a Senior Superintendent based out of one of our Living/ Mixed Use field offices (either Dallas, Houston or Minneapolis), you are responsible and accountable for ensuring that each project meets the goal of being first in class, on schedule, at or below budget, safe, and promotes teamwork, communication, leadership and customer satisfaction.
