What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years of strategic solution design and oversight experience in cloud-based technology deployments, 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Core Platform, Experience with AI/LLM technologies (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex frameworks, prompt engineering) implementation and operation, Deep knowledge of data modeling and enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery), Experience handling large, technically complex customers with challenging product features, Ability and track record to effectively communicate, demonstrate value, and influence at all levels, including customer executives, Ability to prioritize and effectively execute multiple tasks in difficult and high-pressure situations, Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business language, and map technical features to business requirements, Ability to control the level of abstraction/detail in communication appropriately for the audience, High problem-solving ability in ambiguous environments, customer focus, and strong commitment to rapid delivery, Proactive attitude towards continuous learning of new technologies and features, Ability and motivation to work proactively and independently, Willingness and ability to collaborate across departments and job levels, Native level Japanese language proficiency, Business level English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency
Nice to Have
Salesforce product certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist), Experience with Salesforce Agentforce or Data 360 platform, Hands-on experience as a customer-facing technical lead or architect, Extensive experience with Salesforce Flow and Lightning Web Components (LWC), including complex custom development, Knowledge of AI/ML concepts beyond LLMs, such as Natural Language Processing (NLP)
