Must Have
5+ Years of overall experience, Proven ability to work independently, Must be able to read and understand contracts and to handle negotiations with the bidders based on internal procedures and project expectations, Able to efficiently coordinate with internal & external stakeholders and work towards placement of project subcontracts as per plans and budgets, Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications specifically: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word, Expertise to interface well with the project engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and other members of the project team including the client, Basic understanding of project execution and implementation of project activities, with attention to detail and acumen for growth and development
What You'll Do.
Performs full range of project subcontracting activities associated with subcontracting work
Issues requests for proposals
Conducts commercial & contractual negotiations
Maintains subcontract files in accordance with established procedures
Oversees and performs the full range of administration activities associated with subcontracting including but not limited to invoice verification & processing
Oversees and performs complete life cycle of pre and post award subcontracting activities including close outs associated with subcontracting work on projects
Works in accordance with approved work methods & procedures
Establishes priorities for the completion of assigned tasks
Uses judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices
prioritize tasks and provide guidance to less experienced team members
