Full Job Description
**Title:** Senior Subcontracts Administrator **Job Title :** Senior Subcontracts Administrator **Summary Section** Performs full range of project subcontracting activities associated with subcontracting work. Qualifies suppliers, issues requests for proposals, evaluates proposals, conducts commercial & contractual negotiations, maintains subcontract files in accordance with established procedures. Oversees and performs the full range of administration activities associated with subcontracting including but not limited to invoice verification & processing, variations, claims on a project. Under general supervision, solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices. Uses experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes. **Responsibilities:** * Oversees and performs complete life cycle of pre and post award subcontracting activities including close outs associated with subcontracting work on projects * Works in accordance with approved work methods & procedures * Establishes priorities for the completion of assigned tasks. * Uses judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices. * May direct resources, prioritize tasks and provide guidance to less experienced team members. **Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills:** * 5+ Years of overall experience * Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of graduation and 5+ years of experience in a similar role * Proven ability to work independently * Must be able to read and understand contracts and to handle negotiations with the bidders based on internal procedures and project expectations * Able to efficiently coordinate with internal & external stakeholders and work towards placement of project subcontracts as per plans and budgets * Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications specifically: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word * Exper
