Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Contracts Management, Finance, Law, or a related field, Minimum of 8 years of experience in subcontract administration, procurement, contracts management, or government contracting, Demonstrated experience supporting U. S. Government, Department of Defense (DoD), aerospace, or defense-related programs, Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government procurement regulations, Experience negotiating complex subcontract agreements and contractual terms and conditions, Proven ability to interpret contractual requirements and implement effective subcontract management strategies, Experience performing cost and price analysis and evaluating subcontractor proposals, Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Experience utilizing ERP, procurement, and contract management systems, Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams, U. S. Citizenship

We are seeking an Senior Subcontracts Administrator that will lead the administration of subcontracting activities throughout the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with federal acquisition regulations, company policies, and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will. This individual will play a critical role in supporting strategic procurement initiatives, managing subcontractor relationships, mitigating contractual risk, and enabling successful program execution. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of U. S. Government contracting principles, subcontract management practices, and regulatory compliance requirements. This role will serve as key business partner between Program Management, Contracts, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and Executive Leadership, ensuring subcontract activities align with organizational objectives while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Subcontract Administration & Compliance Lead the administration and management of subcontract agreements from proposal support through contract closeout. Draft, negotiate, review, and administer subcontract agreements, modifications, amendments, non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and other contractual instruments. Ensure subcontract activities comply with applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), customer requirements, and internal company policie
