## **PRIMARY DETAIL** • Provide guidance and training to new Student Belonging Activators • Location: Macquarie University, Wallumattagal Campus, Dharug land, North Ryde • Casual opportunity: HEW 3 + 25% casual loading + 12% super *****Applications from students who currently or previously have been employed as a Macquarie University Student Belonging Activators (HEW 2) will be considered for this vacancy only***** _ **Details**_ Macquarie University is seeking enthusiastic and energetic current Student Belonging Activators to step up into our newly created Senior Student Belonging Activators positions. This role offers the chance to make a real impact by helping to mentor newly recruited activators, along with welcoming new students and fostering a vibrant campus environment, all while developing valuable skills for your future career. In this role, you will: * Play a pivotal role in the Student Engagement, Inclusion, and Belonging team. * Be a friendly face and source of support for new and current students. * Lead on-campus activations and engagement activities (e.g., Destress for Success, Mindful May). * Support project methodology and delivery approach, ensuring appropriate record keeping. * Maintain and utilise key data and information to inform decision making on key engagement projects. * Develop essential employability skills, opening doors to other job opportunities within the university. _**Selection Criteria**_ * Experience in customer service or administration * Experience in event management, including documentation and communications, with excellent attention to detail * Experience in data collection, collation and running of reports * Ability to build and manage partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders * Strong customer service focus and ability to work and communicate effectively with others * Currently or previously have been employed as a Macquarie University Student Belonging Activator (HEW 2) _**To Apply**_ To apply, upload your
