Must Have

B. S. Degree in Engineering, 5+ years related experience, Experience working on PennDOT projects, Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in Pennsylvania, Ability to communicate effectively, Applied knowledge of statutes and guidelines, Knowledge of general structural engineering, Knowledge of clients’ design procedures, Knowledge of design manuals, standards, and specifications, Ability to solve complex engineering problems, Hydraulic and hydrologic analysis/reports

Nice to Have

Master’s degree preferred, 8+ years preferred experience

What You'll Do.

Perform structural engineering design tasks

Prepare engineering calculations

Prepare layout drawings

Perform bridge related geometry

Promote client service

Perform structural engineering design functions

Participate in project site visits

Participate in project status meetings

Participate in public meetings

Perform bridge inspection

Keep up to date with design technology

Keep up to date with construction equipment

Keep up to date with advancements

Provide support to other offices
