THE ROLE The Senior Structural Engineer – Team Lead is responsible for leading the planning, design, and delivery of complex hydraulic structures projects while guiding and developing a high-performing engineering team. This role blends advanced technical expertise with people leadership—ensuring both project success and team growth.
