What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of New York, Minimum twenty years of relevant structural engineering industry experience, technical and project management experience, failure/damage investigation, non-destructive evaluation, structural analysis and design for repair, retrofit, and rehabilitation of existing structures, evaluation of parking garage and/or specialty consulting of new systems and materials from design through construction, Excellent technical, graphical, written, and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Licensed Structural Engineer (SE), Industry-recognized expertise with some or all of the following materials, systems, and their applications: cast-in-place concrete, post-tensioned concrete, prestressed/precast concrete, structural steel, stainless steel, cold-formed steel, wood, clay masonry, CMU, etc.
