You will provide hands-on technical leadership, act as a key resource for project teams, and collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will contribute to project planning and decision-making, mentor and develop engineering staff, and support Ware Malcomb’s quality standards and design culture. ## Your Role Lead and perform advanced computer-aided and manual structural design calculations in accordance with applicable building and material codes, ensuring accuracy and constructability across all project phases. Oversee the development and review of structural models, calculation packages, construction documents, and technical specifications. Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) for assigned projects, taking responsibility for overall structural design integrity and code compliance. Plan project layouts, establish structural design strategies, and integrate structural systems into cohesive, multidisciplinary designs.
