About the Role As a Senior Manager, Structural Engineering, you’ll lead and coordinate the workloads of larger design teams across a portfolio of renewable energy projects (PV, BESS, HV). You’ll be accountable for adherence to technical standards, design quality, and on-time delivery, while developing the team and supporting clients and business growth. ## WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead structural analysis and design for foundations (driven piles, screw and helical piles, and cast-in-place concrete), overhead steel structures, building envelopes, and non-building structures across multiple projects, setting the technical approach. Set and review code and standard approaches — ASCE 7, IBC, NESC, ASCE 113, IEEE 693, and NFPA — for project teams. Ensure adherence to applicable Client, EPC, Owner, and Utility standards across project deliverables. Lead coordination of specifications and contract requirements with project managers and client representatives from early design through construction, resolving constructability with construction teams. Coordinate project design teams and guide the technical direction of projects, making key design decisions and resolving complex technical issues. C
