Must Have
Master's degree or equivalent in Structural Engineering, Fluent in English, Over 10 years of experience in structural design, Proficient use of RFEM, Proficient use of Tekla Structures, Proficient use of AutoCAD, At least 3 years of experience working on projects in the Nordic countries, Experience in project management, Proven track record with reference projects in industrial and public sector projects, Ability to work independently, Sense of responsibility and accountability, Ability to monitor and continuously improve quality, Ability to apply local country-specific quality requirements in daily work
Nice to Have
Experience in a supervisory or line management role, Experience with Finnish design projects, Knowledge of building physics, Familiarity with Eurocode Finnish national annexes, Master's degree or equivalent in Structural Engineering (EU), Finnish language skills
