What You'll Drive Structural Design & Analysis * Lead the structural design and technical development of permanent and temporary works packages across a diverse portfolio of projects including marine structures, buildings, stadiums, industrial facilities, water and wastewater treatment plants, and infrastructure works. * Perform advanced structural calculations and engineering assessments for reinforced concrete and steel structures, ensuring compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, and industry best practices. * Develop and review structural concepts, design methodologies, and engineering solutions from feasibility through detailed design stages. * Prepare comprehensive technical reports, calculation packages, and engineering justifications to support design submissions and approvals. * Conduct structural analyses using advanced FEM software, including linear, non-linear, staged construction, and time-dependent analyses where required. Marine & Specialist Structures * Deliver structural designs for marine and coastal infrastructure such as jetties, berths, quay walls, marine platforms, and associated facilities. * Apply specialist knowledge in marine structural engineering while contributing to a broad range of non-marine projects when required. * Evaluate complex engineering challenges and propose innovative, practical, and cost-effective solutions suit
