Stress analysis / structural integrity background, FEA (ABAQUS, ANSYS, etc.), Assessment codes (ASME, BS7910, R6 etc.), Nuclear or similar highly regulated sector experience, Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or working toward it, Ability to develop and implement technical strategy and capability development
