**JOB PURPOSE & SUMMARY** The Senior Strategy Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, organizational transformation, and operational excellence. This position requires an analytical thinker capable of diagnosing complex business challenges, designing comprehensive operating models, and guiding executive leadership through critical transition phases. The ideal candidate will combine high-level strategic foresight with structural execution discipline. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead detailed operating model assessments to evaluate organizational structure, corporate agility, and process workflows. * Develop and structure data-backed customer segmentation strategies to optimize target market penetration and engagement. * Design, execute, and monitor high-impact cross-sell initiatives aimed at expanding product footprints within existing client portfolios. * Conduct sophisticated strategic analysis, industry benchmarking, and financial modeling to substantiate corporate growth plans. * Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research findings into actionable board-ready strategies and executive presentations. * Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and business unit heads to align transformation roadmaps with overall corporate goals. **Requirements** **JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS ** **Experience** : Formally verified 4 to 8 years of progressive professional experience. **Sector Expertise:** A solid background rooted in a top-tier management consulting firm, a corporate banking strategy department, or an enterprise-wide transformation unit. **Core Competencies:** Proven expertise in executing operating model assessments, complex customer segmentation matrices, strategic data analysis, and structural cross-selling methodologies. **Skills** : Exceptional structured problem-solving capabilities, clear business acumen, and polished executive communication/presentation skills
