What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, life sciences, public health, or data sciences, minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic operations, business planning, or project management in pharma or healthcare or an advanced degree with 5 years of equivalent work experience, ability to independently lead initiatives, manage planning cycles, and facilitate leadership forums, familiar with data- and R&D-oriented operating models and cross-functional execution, capacity for independent thinking and ability to make decisions based upon sound principles, excellent strategic agility including problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and agility that extends beyond technical domain, demonstrate respect for cultural differences when interacting with colleagues in the global workplace, excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically in the areas of presentation and writing, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear language
Nice to Have
Prior experience managing operational workstreams or planning cycles within life sciences or data-focused environments, Working knowledge of OKRs, business performance measurement, or enterprise planning methodologies, Demonstrated ability to support or co-lead strategy deployment, stakeholder engagement, or governance coordination, Familiarity with pharmaceutical development processes or data sciences organizational structures, Experience in facilitating or contributing to complex cross-functional meetings and communications
