Senior Strategy and Integration Lead **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Human Resources (HR) organization is excited to offer an on-site opportunity for a **Senior Strategy and Integration Lead** to partner with and support the **BDS Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)**. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Level 4 and Level 5 specialists to find the best fit for the position. This role can be based in Berkely, MO; Arlington, VA; El Segundo, CA; Everett, WA; Huntsville, AL; Mesa, AZ; Oklahoma City, OK; Ridley Park PA or Seattle, WA. Reporting to the BDS Core HR Leader, this role is based in the BDS HR Home Office and acts as a strategic partner to both the BDS HR team and the BDS executive leadership. The position is essential in shaping and managing the BDS HR management system, overseeing BDS HR operating rhythms, standardizing systems, tools, and templates, and driving their development. The selected individual will be a team player with strong project management skills, keen attention to detail, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will possess the ability to deliver materials effectively at all levels to support BDS Human Resources. Key attributes include the ability to work in ambiguity, lead with influence, navigate a matrix environment, demonstrate strategic executive-level communication and presentation skills, utilize data visualization for storytelling, and drive change management. Additionally, they will have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, coupled with a high-impact communication style.
