What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken), Proven experience in both brand strategy and social-first strategy, with a portfolio across disciplines, Demonstrable experience working on regional and global accounts, navigating complexity across multiple markets and stakeholders, Active interest in or hands-on experience integrating AI tools into the strategy process, Proven ability to lead senior client relationships, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex business environments, Excellent communication and presentation skills, equally comfortable in a creative briefing and a client strategy session

Nice to Have

Experience in social media platform strategy, including content, community, and performance thinking across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), A understanding of social commerce, creator/influencer ecosystems, and emerging social formats, Experience collaborating seamlessly with data, planning, and creative teams to deliver integrated strategies, analytical capability, with the ability to comfortably handle data and translate insights into strategic direction
