A bit about the job We’re looking for an excellent Senior Strategist to join our marketing team and drive the direction of our creative across Asia. This is a superb opportunity for a strategic thinker with a passion for creative excellence and digital channels to make a significant impact in the fast-paced world of fintech. As a key member of our Marketing Strategy team, you will be the bridge between deep cultural insight and creative action. You won't just rely on third-party reports; you will be the one talking to customers, running the surveys, and uncovering the "why" behind the data. You are a master of simplifying the complex, skilled at taking ambiguous business problems and translating them into clear, actionable paths forward for creative teams. You will partner closely with our in-house teams and external agencies to guide creative development from the initial spark of insight through to execution. You will have a strong grasp of the modern media landscape in Asia, understanding how brands show up on platforms like LINE, WeChat, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and ATL channels. This is a role based in our Singapore office , focused on markets across Asia including Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and India.
