The US Pets team is looking for a Senior Strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution. In this role, you will own the supply chain roadmap across a large Pets category and a portfolio of vendor partners, shaping how we work together to maximize product availability, reduce cost and waste, and deliver a delightful experience for pet parents. You will serve as the connective tissue between Vendor Management, Customer Success, and operations and supply chain technology teams. You will translate business goals into measurable supply chain outcomes. Using data and AI, you will identify root causes, size opportunities, and drive improvements across your portfolio. You will leverage AI to reimagine how supply chain decisions are made, moving from reactive problem-solving to proactive, insight-driven strategy. The systems and processes you build will scale beyond Pets to benefit all US Consumables categories. This role is built for a leader who thrives in ambiguity, moves from insight to action quickly, and can influence senior stakeholders both internally and across external partners. You bring hands-on supply chain or inventory management experience, strong analytical skills, and a track record of delivering results in complex, fast-moving environments. You are passionate about emerging AI capabilities and actively experiment with how they can reshape supply chain decision-making. Above all, you lead with a customer-centric mindset and a bias for building solutions that scale. Key job responsibilities - Own and improve supply chain performance across your vendor portfolio, translating KPI trends (out-of-stock, lead time, confirmation rates) into clear actions that drive measurable customer experience improvements and P&L outcomes. - Identify and deliver end-to-end improvement opportunities across large cohorts of vendors, applying AI where it can unlock sharper insights and better decisions. - Strategically analyze and optimize ope
