What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing operations, Experience managing vendors, purchase orders, and procurement workflows, Familiarity with procurement systems
Nice to Have
Experience supporting lab, facilities, or technical/engineering environments, Familiarity with local vendor markets and regional sourcing practices, Experience supporting global or multi-site organizations, Problem-solving skills with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset, Effective communication and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams
What You'll Do.
Own regional procurement execution
Manage end-to-end sourcing activities
Serve as primary point of contact for local
Support vendor onboarding and maintenance
Manage purchase orders
Resolve PO/invoice discrepancies
Coordinate with engineering
Support logistics coordination
Ensure timely delivery of critical items
Identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes
Reduce cycle times within the region
Partner with central procurement on preferred vendors
Manage expansion projects for additional space
Oversee daily operations of office buildings
Ensure facilities are maintained to high standards
Coordinate with external service providers
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
Ensure compliance with health
and regulatory standards
Manage emergency preparedness and business continuity planning
Monitor facility budgets
Control related costs
