Must Have

5+ years of proven success in strategic and consultative selling within strategic partner and enterprise environments, Experience selling to enterprise organizations, large partner networks, technology organizations, and strategic technology partners, Demonstrated ability to prospect, build pipeline, and drive opportunities through the full sales cycle pipeline management discipline with excellent follow-up and forecasting capabilities, Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at multiple levels, Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills paired with a naturally curious and solution-oriented mindset, Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do.

Identifying and cultivating new partnership opportunities.

Expanding existing partner relationships.

Supporting early-stage account management and growth initiatives for newly acquired partners.

Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to drive new partner acquisition through both existing target-partner lists and identification of new partnership opportunities.

Prospect and develop opportunities externally as well as within existing customer and partner accounts.

Conduct in-depth discovery conversations and deliver tailored product demonstrations to uncover business needs and establish relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering and bring in VP of Partnerships leadership when appropriate to support strategic account engagement

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering and bring in VP of Partnerships leadership when appropriate to support strategic account engagement, partnership alignment, and deal advancement.; Partner closely with Sales Engineering to validate solutions and recommend Constant Contact products and services that best align with customer objectives.; Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
