What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 to 6 years of experience running something -- a market, a launch, a function -- with the track record to show for it, analytical and structured thinking: you can build a framework from scratch and turn it into a decision quickly, Exceptional written communication -- you distill complexity into one-pagers that drive real decisions at the executive level, Cross-functional range: you understand how Sales, Product, Finance, and Engineering think, and you operate credibly across all of them, Demonstrated AI fluency -- you've built or shipped AI-powered workflows, agents, or automations, and you default to automating repetitive work
Nice to Have
Experience at a high-growth startup or in a strategy consulting or investing context, Prior exposure to governance design, operating model work, or company-level OKR processes, Familiarity with streaming TV advertising, connected TV (CTV), or performance marketing
