What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Relevant University Degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related discipline, Demonstrated record of success with a minimum of five years of pharmaceutical or healthcare experience in a customer‑facing or strategic partnership role, Independent, self‑starter with a proven ability to work in a cross‑functional team environment, business acumen and an excellent understanding of healthcare and pharmacy market trends and dynamics, Ability to quickly engage senior stakeholders with the goal of becoming a trusted advisor, Superior customer and partnership management skills and competencies, Highly developed communication skills (verbal and written), Excellent understanding of the elements and processes around Quality Improvement (QI) work, Project management and delivery experience, Demonstrated strategic planning abilities with a understanding of healthcare and pharmacy system optimization, Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to manage change and ambiguity, Proficiency using computer software and digital collaboration tools

What You'll Do.
Strengthening the organization’s leadership within the Canadian healthcare ecosystem
Enabling pharmacist‑led care models
Advancing public health priorities (e. g.
Supporting sustainable pharmacy practice
through compliant engagement
advocacy partnerships
and policy‑aligned initiatives
Co-create enterprise‑level B2B agreements
and partnerships that support pharmacy‑led patient identification
Generate tangible quality improvement initiatives that impact patient and consumer access to care
Serve as the pharmacy profession subject matter expert within the organization
Act as the main point of contact with pharmacy associations to gather insights
identify collaboration opportunities
and support advancement of pharmacy practice
Monitor and assess changes in pharmacist scope of practice across Canada
Provide guidance and recommendations to internal stakeholders on the feasibility and impact of pharmacy‑focused initiatives
Gain in-depth understanding of the healthcare environment

and the general state-of-readiness within the therapeutic area of focus
Develop and explore innovative partnership models
and enablers that support community‑led patient identification
and care delivery at scale

Identify and report adverse events and product complaint reports as per Corporate requirements
