What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Sales Operations, Advanced proficiency in Excel, Familiarity with Salesforce, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Math, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
Nice to Have
Prior experience in Enterprise SaaS company, Prior private equity or investment banking experience, Experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Python), Experience with Planning tools (e.g. Anaplan, Adaptive Insights), MBA or master degree

Design and maintain SaaS metrics
Build and refine financial models
Drive budgeting and forecasting process
Analyze pricing and deal profitability
Analyze ROI of sales compensation plans
Conduct deep-dive analyses
Spearhead integration between systems
Define source of truth for sales data
Implement quality controls
Develop standardized operating procedures
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Serve as a strategic partner to GTM, R&D, and Operations leaders; Partner with the VP of Finance; Serve as the financial partner to the Deal Desk and Sales; Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives for non-financial stakeholders
