Full Job Description

## Accountabilities In this role, you will serve as a strategic finance partner to GTM leadership, owning planning, forecasting, and performance insights across revenue-generating functions: Act as a subject matter expert across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, supporting decision-making across all segments, channels, and product lines. Own the GTM FP&A process, including headcount planning, operating expense management, monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting, and scenario modeling. Partner with Marketing to evaluate program spend, investment efficiency, and ROI across demand generation and growth initiatives. Collaborate with Finance and GTM leadership on top-line forecasting, including bookings, ARR, net dollar retention, and renewals. Build and maintain key financial models, including quota and capacity planning, pipeline waterfalls, TAM analysis, and scenario frameworks. Define and analyze unit economics and GTM efficiency metrics, including attribution and return on sales and marketing investments. Support compensation plan design and modeling in collaboration with Sales Ops and Finance stakeholders. Provide insights for monthly and quarterly business reviews, board reporting, and executive-level presentations. Drive automation and AI-enabled workflows to improve reporting speed, forecasting accuracy, and scalability of finance operations. Contribute to the evolution of financial infrastructure, tools, and processes supporting GTM scale. Requirements This role requires strong experience in strategic finance within SaaS environments, combined with advanced modeling capabilities and a modern, AI-forward approach to analytics: 5+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience, including direct partnership with GTM organizations. Strong understanding of SaaS and consumption-based revenue models, including key drivers such as ARR, bookings, retention, and renewals.
