The candidate will focus on the implementation of stewardship approaches, including proxy voting and engagement across Man Group’s investment capabilities. Specific responsibilities: Proxy Voting Oversee the day-to-day relationship with our proxy voting research provider Ensure consistent and informed proxy voting activities, ensuring timeliness and completeness of the execution of our proxy votes Collaborate with Stewardship team members to perform an extra level of analysis of the 3rd party research and recommendations to ensure we vote in alignment with our firm’s policies and/or client requests Serve as a senior point of contact for portfolio managers’ queries on proxy voting, providing expert advice on complex voting matters Maintain and produce accurate voting reports for various stakeholders, identifying opportunities to enhance reporting quality and efficiency Set up n
