What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of Amazon experience, 7+ years’ direct management experience, Demonstrated track record of delivering performance and financial based results, Experience with performance metrics, Experience with process improvement, Experience with lean techniques, Experience with the full lifecycle staffing, analytical track record of digging into data, Excellent communication skills, Experience managing third party resources, Experience managing contingent workforce

Nice to Have

Degree in Engineering, Degree in Operations, MBA preferred, Experience in a startup environment, Ability to handle changing priorities, use good judgment in stressful situations, Interest in long-term career development
