7+ years direct management experience, Logistics, fulfillment, last-mile manufacturing, engineering, production or distribution environment experience, Demonstrated track record of delivering performance and financial based results, Experience with performance metrics, Experience with process improvement, Experience with lean techniques, Experience with full lifecycle staffing, Analytical track record of digging into data, Excellent communication skills, Experience managing third party resources, Experience managing contingent workforce
Nice to Have
Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field, MBA preferred, Experience in a startup environment, Ability to handle changing priorities, Use good judgment in stressful situations, Interest in long-term career development
