Masters degree in Engineering/Technical field, Masters degree non-technical field with 20 years IT leadership, 20 years experience, Experience identifying best practices, Experience developing technical roadmaps, Experience with TRMC and OUSD (R&E), Military Acquisition Program knowledge, Experience with Capabilities Based T&E, Experience with Project Management, Knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework, Communication and Presentation skill, Knowledge of Strategic Relations, Knowledge of Digital Engineering, Knowledge of Knowledge Management within DoD, Knowledge of Testing and Training, Knowledge of DoD Programs and Acquisition process, Knowledge of Enterprise Software Development, Knowledge of Computer operating environments, Active Top-Secret Clearance, Ability to obtain SCI
