12 years of experience, 3 to 4 years in a Program Management role within the consumer technology sector, Deep technical understanding of scalable systems, Highly structured thinker, Grasp of risk/reward tradeoffs, Exceptional communicator, Program management experience managing cross functional initiatives end to end and driving influence without authority, Experience leading complex cross-functional programs involving AI/ML and GenAI systems at scale, Deep technical understanding of AI platforms, Execution rigor, Stakeholder management, Ability to drive AI initiatives from strategy to production, Experience with LLMs, AI infrastructure, Model lifecycle management, Scalable delivery processes
Nice to Have
Experience with LLMs, AI infrastructure, model lifecycle management, and scalable delivery processes is highly preferred, Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like JIRA, Confluence

## Description Job Summary: As a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager, you will lead media programs, influencing the teams' roadmap priorities and technical direction. This role combines strong technical understanding, program leadership, and agile delivery excellence.
