What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in engineering, program management, or management consulting with a focus on product development, Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, Proficiency with Jira for structuring program plans that reflect progress without need for manual processing
Nice to Have
Experience with autonomous vehicles or other complex, safety-critical systems, Experience with developing from scratch and scaling engineering or operational processes, Experience in a high-growth company, Experience using Gen AI tools for program management, dashboarding and scripting
What You'll Do.
Driving cross-functional program planning and execution
Partnering with leaders to develop and deliver major corporate milestones
Planning and execution of technical and integrated product milestones
Managing the end-to-end PUDO workstream
and improving autonomous driving systems
Translating top-down corporate strategy and milestones into detailed technical roadmaps
Establishing standard reports for program status
and tracking new KPIs and other methods to measure performance
Ensuring program goals are aligned with business
Maintaining a technical understanding of vehicle platforms
safety clearance process
Deeply understanding complex technical programs while maintaining a clear end-to-end perspective
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with leaders from across the company in vehicle development, system design, software engineering, manufacturing, fleet operations, and business functions; Work cross-functionally across engineering, product, operations, and strategy; Ensuring all PUDO stakeholders function as a cohesive structure; Work with cross-functional TPMs and workstreams
Communication Scope
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills; Ability to manage complex cross-functional and leadership communications effectively; Concise and effective communications to key stakeholders
