What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree, 7+ years of TPM experience, background in complex hardware/software integration, system verification and validation (V&V), safety-critical systems, inquisitive, highly technical mindset, translate complex technical bottlenecks into clear, data-backed executive narratives
Nice to Have
Deep experience with autonomous vehicle, simulation platforms, virtual validation strategies, synthetic data generation, Familiarity with optimization frameworks, large-scale data acquisition programs
What You'll Do.
Own fleet validation operational strategy
Lead strategy and execution of mileage accumulation
Enable geofence expansion
Ensure critical inputs are available
Own outcome of test fleet data collection
Usher in simulation-first methodology
Act as cross-functional catalyst for scaling simulated mileage
Drive alignment between teams
Ensure clear requirements are set
Ensure simulation platforms are resourced
Identify and resolve critical bottlenecks
Develop tracking mechanisms
Model impact of upstream dependencies
Think critically to squash inefficiencies
Work cross-functionally to squash inefficiencies
Reshape program scope
Relentlessly investigate blockers
Creatively resolve blockers
Treat flatlining progress metrics as triggers
