Must Have
Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a closely related technical field, 3-5 years of industry experience in systems engineering, safety engineering, autonomous systems, or a directly related field, Systems thinking, Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, Influence stakeholders, Take ownership of safety outcomes, Experience working in a fast-paced environment, Experience with multiple parallel projects, Experience with ambiguous requirements
Nice to Have
Professional experience in safety-critical autonomous vehicle deployment, Professional experience in large-scale robotic systems operations, Background in functional safety (ISO 26262, SOTIF), Background in safety assurance of unmanned systems, Hands-on experience with safety validation tools, Hands-on experience with simulation-based V&V, Hands-on experience with operational safety monitoring platforms, Proven track record of defining release policies for real-world autonomous systems, Proven track record of defining safety readiness criteria for real-world autonomous systems

Conduct assessments of unmanned operational workflows
Conduct assessments of emergency protocols
Conduct assessments of supporting tools/platforms
Develop safety evaluation methodologies
Develop metrics frameworks
Institutionalize safety evaluation methodologies

Serve as technical lead for safety-related incident review
Serve as technical lead for safety-related incident analysis
