About the role: We are looking for a Senior Staff Engineer (IC5) to join our Risk Assessment Platform squad. Our mission is to build a platform that allows Wise product teams to stay safe and compliant by executing risk assessments quickly and easily, while enabling our Financial Crime and Compliance teams to build controls with minimal effort. Positioned exactly between these two worlds, our team is in the best possible place to drive company-wide impact. We ensure our customers can achieve their goals safely, conveniently, and without friction. Because we sit at the heart of the action at Wise, we deal with massive amounts of data and high-throughput systems—making this an incredibly attractive playground for engineers who love solving complex, high-scale problems.
