This role involves taking ownership of Zip’s Kubernetes platform, observability and deployment tooling. You will partner with the Core Infrastructure Toronto, Canada, team to drive Zip’s multi-region expansion, and will also serve as site lead in SF for the broader Foundations Engineering Group. YOUR ROLE You will join a super talented Infrastructure team and take ownership in one or more of the following areas: - Horizontal scaling, multi-region expansion and GovCloud development - Infrastructure security, reliability, efficiency and performance; SLAs and SLOs - AI Infrastructure development - Observability, debuggability and AI-assisted troubleshooting YOU WILL - Take full ownership in one or more of the Core Infra areas, closely collaborating with partner teams, define the roadmap for these areas, and drive execution end to end QUALIFICATIONS - 6+ years of software engineering experience in infrastructures. - BS or higher, in Computer Scienc
