Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related, 10–15 years of professional experience, Salesforce DX, Metadata API, unlocked packages, source-driven development, CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Copado, Gearset, or similar, Python scripting for automation, orchestration, integration, and process optimization, Git version control systems and branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based development), integrating automated testing frameworks within Salesforce deployment pipelines, REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, Agile, DevOps principles, and continuous delivery practices, security best practices, access controls, and compliance standards within regulated industries, fluent written and oral communication in English

Follow lean software development and continuous delivery methodologies within Salesforce ecosystems

Implement source-driven development practices using Salesforce DX and package-based development

Define and manage sandbox and scratch org strategies to ensure environment stability and governance
Ensure adherence to security
